As a Tucows/OpenSRS reseller, I'm finding your message very confusing. My
guess is that Tucows was telling you to contact the reseller responsible
for the domain in question.

Tucows and OpenSRS are the same company.  The company is Tucows, Inc;
OpenSRS is the division of Tucows which servers as a wholesale domain
registrar. As such, their customers are resellers, and the domain owners
listed in their database are generally retail customers of the resellers.

As far as I know, neither Tucows nor OpenSRS has any policy against usage
of UCE on registered domains. You can see the policies that domain owners
are bound to on any OpenSRS reseller site, for example on my site at
http://domains.klatha.com.

I'm not actually seeing a policy against spamming that applies to
either resellers or end-customers anywhere on the Tucows site.

However, neither have I ever heard of any other registrar having an
anti-spam policy for registered domains. Generally, that is the purview
of the hosting company or upstream ISP which hosts the domain, NOT the
reseller who registers it.

In the case of t__busters.com, the hosting company is easydns.com; they
are also the Tucows reseller who registered the domain. They have the
ability to turn the domain off, but they aren't hosting the site; you
should contact them.

But then, it looks like they are simply providing DNS redirection service,
and the real IP address is 66.46.145.30, so you might also want to try

For membersinfodirectory.com, the hosting provider would appear to be
Verio, so contact them. In this case, the Tucows Reseller would appear to
be an unconnected party.
