evidently not... the (@reports.spamcop) address appears in the headers,
although not in the To: line...

that's correct... the mail is sent by a bunch of script which runs after
you've clicked the button on the reporting page...

i can see it, but that doesn't make it right... spam is unsolicited bulk (or
commercial) email... this email wasn't bulk or commercial, and it was
solicited...

this problem is easily solved by signing up with spamcop... prices start
from a rather reasonable $1.50...
