Reading the headers carefully, it will be seen that this was a manually
LART directly from the user's account to spam@webtv, not a report made
through SC.
FWIW, it does appear webtv got it wrong though, slapping SC's hands for
spamming when the email actually originated from spedia.com. But the
end result was correct, the email was not spam and there were enough
clues in the headers to indicate such.
