To our great disappointment, the Mac OS X 10.7.4 update introduced a severe 
bug in iCal that prevents Spanning Sync from functioning correctly. This 
bug also affects other sync apps including 
BusySync<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/busymac/bizHwZ0fMXs>
 and Blackberry 
Sync<https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3958312?start=0&tstart=0>. 
It's unclear whether Apple intends to fix this bug.

Larry, Byron, and I don't want anyone paying for something that doesn't 
work, so we've decided to take the drastic step of temporarily suspending 
Spanning Sync sales. Of course, we'll continue to offer service to current 
subscribers. Once we fully understand how this issue affects the future of 
Spanning Sync, we'll post an update here.
