Hello Kristian, I often had this problem with the Cygwin version of our tools; it seems that the switch to the Windows-based binaries took care of it for me. I would strongly advise that you install the newest version of the TPP, at least on the analysis computer; not only will this problem potentially go away, but you will benefit from the many fixes and enhancements made to the TPP in the past year.
