I have two computers running TPP, one with XCalibur/Sequest installed
(where I do the searches) and another where I do all downstream
analysis. The computer I use for downstream analysis takes a long
time to load pages in the TPP. For example, if I need to move to a
different directory when browsing files or selecting files for
analysis, it can take up to 2 minutes for the page to load. The pages
that take the longest to load are folders with upwards of 100 files in
them (.RAW, .mzxml. .xml. etc.), but this never takes more than a few
seconds on the other computer. Below is the system information for
both computers. Are there any obvious hardware/software issues that
could be responsible?

TPP version v3.4 (latest version compatible with XCalibur v1.3)
The problem is independent of whether I use Firefox or Internet
Explorer
