Hi Kristian, Brian has good advice if it's just the converter that you're having difficulties with. Since no one else has had issues with older versions of Xcalibur and ReAdW, starting by upgrading to a newer version of Xcalibur sounds like a good step.
Giving any instruction towards specifying a hypothetical subset of files from Thermo software necessary for the converter to run would violate the software license agreement with Thermo.
