Hello all! Hope the New Year's been treating you well so far! I am wondering if anyone out there has managed to export ProteinPilot results files (.group) to pepXML or any format which could be used to feed into TPP? We use ProteinPilot 3.0 and Mascot for most of our work, would be great to run iprophet on ProteinPilot and Mascot results. For Mascot we use the .DAT file as input for TPP.
At the moment we can export results as txt files using ProteinPilot but to convert it into a pepXML, I am not too sure if anyone's written a script for it.
