Hi Amit,

Thanks for the information. I am not sure if my issue is because of Active
Perl version... but incase if you have any idea...?

I am using "TPP_Setup_v4_3_JETSTREAM_rev_1",
"ActivePerl-5.8.9.827-MSWin32-x86-291969", Apache 2.2.14 on "Win XP
Professional Ver 2002 sp2".

I am trying to write data files to mapped network drive (example Y:) and
have exact copy from C:\Inetpub\wwwroot and C:\Inetpub\tpp-bin on Y: drive.

When I click "Run XInteract" all processes work fine InteractParser,
PeptideProphetParser, ProphetModels.pl, DatabaseParser, RefreshParser.

But, it gets stuck on PepXMLViewer.cgi... *while creating *.xml.index* file
forever..

"running: "Y:/Inetpub/wwwroot/../tpp-bin/PepXMLViewer.cgi -I
y:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/SAN/server1/Test_Executer/research/Test_2_interact.xml""

Output : It writes blank space
