On a related note, ProteoWizard now has support for using DataExplorer's
API to convert T2Ds to all of its supported write formats. It works in
the same way PyMsXml does. It's not tested on many different
installations of DataExplorer. It works on my install of DE 4.8 (build
114) on Windows 7 64-bit.
