Hi Matt,
First of all, thank you for working on an API for DataExplorer.
Lately, I am interested in writing the retention times (LC-MALDI runs)
for each spectra on the mzML files as well. On DataExplorer software,
we have to enter the RT manually on the 'Spot Set Manager'. The
problem is that RTs are not being written to the mzML at all. Is there
any work around for this problem?
