Salvo, It looks like it was getting build but not included in the releases. I uploaded the lastest version to sourceforge so you can download it from https://sourceforge.net/projects/sashimi/files/Trans-Proteomic%20Pipeline%20%28TPP%29/TPP%20v4.4%20%28vuvuzela%29%20rev%200/Q3ProteinRatioParser.exe/download .
We're planning on releasing a maintenance release next week and we'll fix it. -Joe On Fri, Aug 27, 2010 at 3:49 AM, Skdona <[email protected]>wrote: > Hi, > I have downloaded and installed the TPP on Windows7-64. > Everything went fine, but I see that Q3ProteinRatioParser.exe is not > included in my bin folder. > I have also tried older releases, with no success. > > Do I have to build the TPP from Source to get the Parser I need? > Or will you include it in your next version of the Installer? > > Meanwhile, is there a way to get a copy of the .exe and simply copy it > in my tpp-bin folder? > > Thanks for your help, > Salvo > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "spctools-discuss" group. > To post to this group, send email to [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > [email protected]<spctools-discuss%[email protected]> > . > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/spctools-discuss?hl=en. > > -- Joe Slagel Institute for Systems Biology [email protected] (206) 732-1362 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "spctools-discuss" group.
