Hi, I have downloaded and installed the TPP on Windows7-64. Everything went fine, but I see that Q3ProteinRatioParser.exe is not included in my bin folder. I have also tried older releases, with no success.
Do I have to build the TPP from Source to get the Parser I need? Or will you include it in your next version of the Installer? Meanwhile, is there a way to get a copy of the .exe and simply copy it in my tpp-bin folder?
