thanks for your prompt answer.
I have copied your file to my tpp-bin folder and run it on my prot.XML
file, apparently with no problems.

The new protXML file contains the Q3 ratios. Yet, it is not
accessibile from Petunia, as no .shtml and .xsl files were created.

Is this the normal behaviour of the command?
