You should not need Bioworks.

Try an updated version of Proteowizard:

http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/download.html

Follow the "artifacts" link for windows x86_64


Will probably give you a login dialog, you can click on the "login as
guest" link right below the form. Download the file called pwiz-bin-
windows-x86-vc90-release-2_1_2348.tar.bz2 extract it to C:\ (use 7-zip
or some such similar)
