Windows x86 (not x86_64) is what you want. The 64-bit builds don't have vendor
support (their DLLs are 32-bit). Direct link:

Will probably give you a login dialog, you can click on the "login as
guest" link right below the form. Download the file called pwiz-bin-
windows-x86-vc90-release-2_1_2348.tar.bz2 extract it to C:\ (use 7-zip
or some such similar)
