Dear friends, This is the first time i post a message here. I was using the SEQUEST for database searching within TPP version 4.2.1 running on windowsXP, everything was fine until the pep.xml conversion step. However, when I was trying to submit the 60 pep.xml files for peptideprophet, it always indicated an an "unknown error, the job is not completed". May I know what the problem is and how i can solve the problem? Thanks a lot for the help and support!
