Hi: Recently I am studying operations of iProphet, and I attempt to use test data of TPP demo 2009 from ProteomeCommons.org. (http:// tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php? title=TPP_Demo2009#2._Download_and_install_the_test_data_and_database) After I downloaded then via Tranche, however, none of the spectra data can be unzipped successfully. No matter the extractor software I use, I just get the result of CRC errors. I wonder if anyone who downloaded and extracted them successfully can kindly give me some hints.
