OK, that seems to work. Thanks very much!

The issue with automatic discovery may be that there are two folders
under my user directory that contain Skyline stuff, I presume these
are different versions (with the previous version not being/getting
deleted when the new version is installed).

I used the .dll files with most recent timestamp.
