Hello Nathan,

I'm finally find the dll from skyline installation. I'm transformed
one data file (wiff of 500Mo), but conversion take 4 hours. I'm just
indicated export on mzXML and --32. This is normal? The final mzXML
file is 2Go. Because I'm using from a long time the ReaDW tools for
Thermo Raw data, which take less than 10 min for final files of 1Go.
To indication, the transformation are rapidly from 1 to 3000 spectra,
then it take several hours from 3000 to 32000 spectra. I'm think that
transformation of MS1 data are very speedily, and MS2 spectra slower.

I can send you data.
