Hi, May I know what the option "Compress peak lists for smaller output file" for the Waters.raw input file format is for? What does it do to the peak list? Will it remove any spectral data and affect my results in the end? I notice that when that option is selcted, the generated .mzXML file is half the size as compared to an unselected one. I can proceed with downstream data analysis smoothly ONLY when the compress option is selected. If not, the pepxmlViewer.cgi will crash.
