Hi guys, I want to implement a database search, but I do not know how to create a composite database containing forward and decoy sequences with contaminants and trypsin. I know a software named "DecoyDatabaseBuilder" that can create a composite database from a IPI database, but that how to include the contaminants and trypsin sequences into the composite database troubles me. Could anyone help me? Thanks.
