Dear All, I am having problem running the command msconvert with the mass filter option. Here is the command I write: msconvert File001.mgf -e _out.mgf --mgf -v --filter "mzWindow [500,600]"

Aborted Note that this is happening on TPP V4.4 rev1 (ProteoWizard release: 2.0.1880 (TPP v4.4 VUVUZELA rev 1, Build 201011021211 (linux)) (2010-3-8) ProteoWizard MSData: 2.0.1880 (TPP v4.4 VUVUZELA rev 1, Build 201011021211 (linux)) (2010-3-8) ProteoWizard Analysis: 2.0.1875 (TPP v4.4 VUVUZELA rev 1, Build 201011021211 (linux)) (2010-3-8) Build date: Nov 2 2010 12:19:07) And in windows XP (same TPP version), it just simply crashes without any further notice.
