Thanks for your message and for the link to the new pwiz version.
I have tried it (Windows XP) and it seems that the process started but
aborted somewhere in the middle.
The error is this time: "[...msconvert.exe] Caught unknown exception"
But in the mid time, I managed to get what I wanted through a python
script. So that's fine with me.
