Hi, I've been using SpectraST for a while now, but recently ran into an issue. If I search a gzipped mzXML file (*.mzXML.gz), I am unable to view the spectrum after searching and running xinteract. The search itself, and the prophets run fine and files are created, but the the link that allows the spectrum to be viewed only displays a blank page. If I however make a mzXML file of the same data, I don't have this issue.
