Apparently I was able to compile TPP4.4.1 on my system. However when I went to do the "make install" I got the following error:
cp: cannot stat `/home/marmot/proteomics/TPP_4-4-1/ trans_proteomic_pipeline/src/../build/linux/ASAPRatioPeptideParser': No such file or directory make: *** [install-linux-xml] Error 1 I saw a thread saying to add: #include <stdint.h> to saxhandler.h.
