I tried to recompile and now I get a compiler error of: make: *** No rule to make target `/home/marmot/proteomics/TPP_4-4-1/ trans_proteomic_pipeline/src/../build/linux/TPPVersionInfo.pl', needed by `perl_paths'. Stop.
