XPRESS supports N15 metabolic labeling.  I don't think ASAPRatio does
but it's possible that functionality was added recently w/o my
knowledge of it.

You're going to have to run 2 separate searches.  One search will
measure the normal (or "light") peptides; no modifications are
specified here.  The other search will measure the heavy peptides;
statically modify each amino acid residue based on the number of
nitrogens.  You will have to do two separate XPRESS analysis for the
light and heavy runs.  Then combine together (say with ProteinProphet,
feeding in the two separate PeptideProphet-ed runs).
