Dear all,
I have problems to convert .wiff files with TPP. The message returned is :
c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\mzWiff -v --mzXML -I"" -T"" -D""
c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/NTAILS_Vancouver/CM_Duplex/CM_Duplex_F10.wiff
------------------------------------------------------------------------
'c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\mzWiff' is not regognized as an internal or external
command, un executable program or a command file.
AnalystQS 1.1 is installed on the same computer (windows XP SP3) as the data
files and TPP.
Any suggestions ?
