If you're converting shotgun data and need good peak picking, use the "AB Sciex MS Data Converter"
until they either make their peak picking available via the SDK or we have respectable non-vendor
peak picking:

command, un executable program or a command file.
AnalystQS 1.1 is installed on the same computer (windows XP SP3) as the
data files and TPP.
Any suggestions ?
