Good Day, I was wondering if someone could shed some light on a problem one of my clients is having with Pepc Statistical Peptide Counting. She is investigating the TPP application and went through the Demo2009 up to converting the files to PepXML. We than tried to run the Pepc Statistical Peptide Counting (this is the feature she is most interested in) with the files from the demo. When we click on Run Pepc viewer, Internet Explorer runs but just says the page cannnot be found. We tried this on a WindowsXP and Windows 7 pc. We have the latest version of java installed. I am not sure if we are using the right data/format, or if we are missing something. Is there anyone that could shed some light on this? Thank you,
