I have a few queries regarding spectral library building: a)I used pepxml file to build a raw.splib and it worked well in command prompt but with petunia it shows me "command was successful" but in the output file section it shows me "<the path of the file >(unreadable)".
b)The second step I used the raw library created via command prompt and tried to build a consensus library but it shows me a error message both in petunia and command prompt "SpectraST.exe encountered a error and needs to close".
