Hi everyone, I am new to tpp and I am using it from the command line under ubuntu 64. I installed tpp version 4.4.1 and I am trying to run PeptideProphetParser on pep.xml files I obtained from Xtandem as well as from SpectraST. I am getting the following error massage: --- Error: file update failed, check file xxxxxx.xml.tmp.p90S6j for completeness error: no peptideprophet data written to file xxxxxx.xml --- The tmp file seems to be complete and all the needed results from peptideprophet are in there! I checked the permission and everything should be ok. can anyone help? does anyone encounter similar error?
