The reason for the error is that you don't have massWolf installed on your computer (it doesn't come with the newer versions of TPP). You can try downloading and installing it from here <http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=Software:massWolf>if you really want to use it, but I'd recommend using msconvert from Proteowizard <http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/>instead.
