I used TPP searching my DDA (data dependent acquisition) data for peptides identification yesterday. After the whole evening running... then I got error message and my firefox got crashed ;..-(
I have no idea what's happened. Does there anybody have the same error before? another question, I was not able to convert my DDA or MSE data from Waters to mzXML file in TPP. please let me know if you already got answers. the error message like this: c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/ Waters/Wei_2302_GF1a_DDA1.mzXML (file not found: not created or deleted?) c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\massWolf' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
