I selected: RUN PeptideProphet,Run ProteinProphet afterwards,RUN XPRESS,Change XPRESS residue mass difference (K 8, R 10),RUN ASAPRatio,Change labeled residues to K, R..
It is quite surprise to see this error because I use the same parameters to run other similar files and it is fine. I could not figure out why there is error when I run these files. Sure I can send files to you. It is quite big and I do not know how I send to you.
