thank you for your help.
The TPP is latest version (TPP_Setup_v4_4_VUVUZELA_rev_1). the parameters that
I used for SILAC search is quite simple. I selected: RUN PeptideProphet,Run
ProteinProphet afterwards,RUN XPRESS,Change XPRESS residue mass difference (K
8, R 10),RUN ASAPRatio,Change labeled residues to K, R..

It is quite surprise to see this error because I use the same parameters to run
other similar files and it is fine. I could not figure out why there is error
when I run these files. Sure I can send files to you. It is quite big and I do
not know how I send to you. Do you only need raw files?

thank you again
Eileen

Eileen,

I'm afraid we'll need a little more information to help diagnosis the problem,
such as the TPP version, parameters you used and details about the files you
are running it on. Even better if you could share one of the files.

Subject: [spctools-discuss] ASAP Ratiopeptideparse.exe-application error

Dear all:
When I run the TPP for the SILAC analysis, during the ASAP analysis time, there
is always one error showed up:

the instruction at "0x00406173" referenced memory at "0x7c35f048", the memory
could not be "read"

Does anyone know what is this for and how do I fix this problem?

Thank you
Eileen
