I've just installed TPP 4.5 but was unable to do any Mascot searches (Mascot 2.3). The server URL has been set correctly (no errors) and I was also able to go into the Mascot search interface. The only three icons I see on that page are
Command Status -- checking -- 1. Mascot Server URL 2. Mascot Search and the status bar (internet explorer) will be 'stuck' there forever apparently still waiting for something (local host??)
