Hi SPC-group I have recently installed TPP v 4.5 and the program works fine with the test-dataset I got from the TPP-course held as a HUPO 2011 Satellite Workshop.
I got a wiff-file of my sample from the AB-Sciex demo-lab and now want to test it with TPP. However when I want to convert the wiff-file to mzML (In the Analysis Pipeline) it does not work and the mzML file is therefore not created. I have copied the command line from TPP and pasted it in the bottom of this mail. The command is successful, but the file is unreadable, so I don’t know what TPP is missing. Have you seen this message before and know what is wrong? I have installed an older version of an Analyst library on my computer, but I don’t know if it fits the generated wiff-file from the demo-lab. Could this be the reason why the mzML- conversion does not work? If yes, do you know where I could get a free demo version of more current Analyst library just to test the sample?
