I am a new user of TPP. I have been some problems with ProteinProphet.
The follow message appear, when the running is finished:
* c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Plaquetas/teste.pep.shtml [ View ]
* c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Plaquetas/teste.prot.shtml
[ Unreadable! ]
The PeptideProphet is working. What is the problem? Somebody can help
me?
