Hello, I have generated results out of mass spec run in .RAW format (from Thermo instrument). This result contains information of MS2 and MS3 (neutral loss scanning). Can any one advice me with a option, which will help me to combining MS2 and MS3 information followed by formation of output file in mzXML format. Thanks in advance for your help.
