Joe is correct.   The program is called plot-msms-js.cgi and it is in
4.5.0.  Easiest way to use it is to modify the url of a spectrum that you
are viewing by adding the "-js" portion to it.

We have added a direct link to Lorikeet from the new PepXMLViewer, to be
released with 4.5.1, due out soon!

(Another thing you could do is to just rename the actual file on tpp-bin:
from plot-msms-js.cgi  to plot-msms.cgi  -- and you would not need to play
with links.  I suggest backing up the original viewer in case you need to
fall back to it...)
