Hi, We downloaded latest GA version of TPP 4.5 (Rapture, Rev 0) and, to the best of our knowledge, it is not using lorikeet when displaying spectra; instead, it seems to be using the old spectrum viewer. Is this expected behaviour? Also, we looked at all the tpp programs in the bin directory and couldn't find any called "lorikeet". (To look at the spectra of a given peptide, we clicked on a cell in the "ions" column of a table that displayed all the ppetides.)
