Hi guys, Hope you all had a wonderful holiday. I hate to bring this back up again, but I am still having trouble with TPP demo 2009 (http:// tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=TPP_Demo2009). Specifically with steps 7 through 9. I have trouble opening interact.pep.xml through PepXML. I get the Internal Sever Error message:
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, ***@***.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. The administrator email is from someone who no longer works for the lab and could not be reached. I am using TPP v4.5 Rapture rev 0 on a Win XP SP3. Vishal was helping me out earlier but I think he is preoccupied with other work. Any advice appreciated. Thank you very much.
