Hi everyone, I am newbie with TripleTOF MS and I have seen that the data export format is very important to get good outputs. I have read all the messages about TripleTOF data and msconvert. And I have many doubts.
MSConvert is very customizable (maybe too) but AB MS Converter is very easy to use with WIFF data (but little customizable). Could anyone tell me which is better? Is Msconvert 100% compatible with these MS Data format? (I read several mails about this question in march of 2011) Is it possible to export to MGF the MS data processed with gaussian smoothing??? I have read that I can filter and export the ms data with PeakView, is it a good option??? Thank you very much.
