For others struggling to get the tutorial to work on a Linux
installation, note that the tandem.xml parameters file that you
download for the tutorial data contains on line 6
<note type="input" label="list path, default parameters">C:
\InetPub\wwwroot\ISB\data\parameters\isb_default_input_kscore.xml</
note>
The "isb_default_input_kscore.xml" file can be found in the bin
subdirectory of the TPP installation, so you'll need to change the
aboe line to something like this (assuming you've installed TPP to /
usr/local/tpp)
<note type="input" label="list path, default parameters">/usr/
local/tpp/bin/isb_default_input_kscore.xml</note>
