There are some hard-coded #! paths in the scripts that relate to the 
installation directory that Active Perl uses, but not Strawberry. There's 
probably some way of fixing Apache to ignore those paths and instead look 
on the system path, but I got it all to work simply by creating a symlink 
to point from c:/perl/ to c:/strawberry/perl/.
