Hi Suzanne,

It sounds like something with installation is misconfigured.  I'm guessing
you've installed TPP on a Window's box, and that you downloaded the latest
version 4.6.0?

If so then my first question is when you installed TPP you should have been
prompted to install the Apache web server.  Did you say yes? or did you
already have the Apache installed?

Next question would be, is there a file at C:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tpp_gui.pl?
