Yes this "bug" is still there. I didn't know about NCD. What is NCD a percent of? I.e. how can real
electronvolts be calculated?

in case of ITMS, 35.0 is a so called "Normalized collision energy" (NCD); it is
measured in PERCENT
(%), not eV.
Therefore, unitName="electronvolt" is wrong.
I am wondering if this bug is still in msconvert.
