Brian, Will not work; there's currently no way to specify multiple variable mods on the N-terminus so you'll have to manage with some work-around. There are plans to treat the terminal mods the same way as amino acid mods in the code (and this was a good reminder to go implement it) but it will be a while before that version is available.
