Dear list, I have a "problem" showing MSMS spectra with Lorikeet. I am using the 4.6.1 version of TPP in a linux web server.
In the PepXML page the links of IONS2 make use of the plot-msms-js.cgi script and point to a folder in which in theory there are all the dta and out files. Using Mascot2XML tool you can convert the .dat Mascot file into PepXML and generate or not (according to -notgz option) a tgz file that contains the info for Lorikeet. For what I saw I cannot find an automatic way to uncompress the tgz file into the folder pointed by Lorikeet. Is this normal?
To see the spectra I have always to manually uncompress the tgz files?
